Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol

When it comes to spy thrillers, there are few words that resonate with viewers like, “Mission” and ”Impossible” do. As one of the most decorated series of its genre, Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol , the fourth installment in the franchise dating back to the late 90’s, will be attempting to revive its ‘wild-side’ imagine with fast cars, crazy stunts and the always heart-throbbing Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise).

When the historic Kremlin is destroyed by a terrorist organization’s bomb, chaos ensues as Russia declares it a, “unprovoked act of war.”  The United States has no other choice; initiate operation Ghost Protocol and disavow all current members of the Mission: Impossible task force.  When Hunt and his four-member team are forced to flee the IMF and operate without its guidance or help, mutiny and disarray plague the rogue agents as they trek the globe to put a stop to the terrorist’s rampage and stay alive in the process.

Filming for the movie took place in Moscow, Prague, Dubai, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Vancouver.  The feature action scene takes place on the Burj Khalifa, the tallest tower in the world, where Tom Cruise, who is seen scaling the building, in fact did not use a stunt double.  Starring Jeremy Renner, Paula Patton, and featuring return cast-members Ving Rhames and Simon Pegg, Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol promises an action-packed movie around all corners of the globe.

Directed by Brad Bird, the Mission: Impossible have amassed billions of dollars in sales and rightfully so as few films can stack up against the cunning prowess of Ethan Hunt and his renegade partners.  With fast-paced action scenes, ridiculous stunts, and a perilous international crisis, Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol lives up to everything you could ever ask for in a spy movie.
